Ceramics: Your new ceramic tableware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe (maximum temperature resistance 450ºF/232℃). All semi-matte ceramics may develop surface marks from use, but you can easily remove them by following these tips. We intentionally left the ceramic bottoms unglazed—we hope you appreciate this design detail as much as we do. If the bottom of the ceramic comes into contact with a potentially staining substance, clean it immediately to prevent staining.

Tableware: You are free to dishwasher or hand wash your new tableware—it's up to you. To minimize water stains, we recommend using a rinse aid in the dishwasher (ordinary white vinegar). We suggest rinsing the tableware first, not overfilling the dish rack, and not washing it with other metal tableware (such as gold or silver). If hand washing, avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes, and be sure to rinse and dry immediately after washing.

Drinking Utensils: Our glassware and stemmed glasses are dishwasher safe and suitable for both home and commercial settings. Thanks to a special ion-strengthening technology, our Japanese soda-lime glassware and German crystal goblets are not only scratch-resistant but also nearly twice as durable as untreated drinking vessels, meaning they are less likely to break—but please remember that all glass and crystal products are still somewhat fragile and may crack or break if dropped on a hard surface. Handle with care.
